Role Description
Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment, talent acquisition and retention strategies. Works directly with the Operator, HR Director, Operations Directors and Coaches to meet all staffing needs, ensuring we have the right people on the team.

Expected Results
Every new Team Member should receive feedback after post training
Make sure restaurant is adequately staffed with REMARKable Team Members
Maintain a relationship with Team Members so they feel they can come to you with problems or concerns
Be accessible to our Team Members
Time Requirements | 40 Hours Per Week (General Guide)

Responsibilities
Facilitate new hire orientation and transition them to the proper Director or Coach for training- HOH/FOH
Be the point of contact for all new employees until they start their training
Conduct exit interviews and relay information for improvement to the Director/Coaches
Order all uniforms / Shoes for Crews
Assist in sourcing and hiring high level talent
Manage CARES system (Guest Recovery)
Serve our team and guests in position daily
Assist in any other areas that the HR Director might need help with
Qualifications
2 years in Human Resources required
Human Resource Degree preferred
